Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 02/09/2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and treatments booked with Casa Alma (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system, Fresha, or by contacting Casa Alma directly.
Your appointment is confirmed once your booking has been successfully made and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Please ensure that the contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate so that we can contact you regarding your appointment where necessary.
Appointment availability is subject to our opening hours and availability.
2. Treatment Suitability
Our treatments are intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Before your treatment, you may be asked to provide information relevant to your health and wellbeing so that we can determine whether the treatment is appropriate for you.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information and to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy, injuries or other circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we reasonably believe that proceeding may not be appropriate or safe.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, we recommend consulting your doctor or other appropriate healthcare professional before booking.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this period may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment price or loss of any deposit paid, where applicable.
Where insufficient notice is given, we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee to reflect the appointment time reserved for you and any resulting loss that we are unable to reasonably mitigate.
We will always apply our cancellation policy fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where you cancel with sufficient notice, any refundable payment or deposit will be returned in accordance with the booking terms.
4. Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us (“no-show”), the appointment may be treated as cancelled.
A cancellation or no-show fee of 50% of treatment price may apply.
Where a deposit or prepayment has been made, this may be retained to cover the reasonable loss arising from the missed appointment, subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened in order to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full treatment price may still apply.
If you are significantly late, we may need to treat the appointment as a cancellation. Any resulting charge will be handled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
6. Prices & Payment
All treatment prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change.
The price applicable to your appointment will be the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment may be made through the payment methods made available by Casa Alma or through our online booking provider, Fresha.
Any applicable deposit or payment requirement will be clearly communicated before you complete your booking.
7. Our Right to Cancel
On occasion, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances such as illness, emergency, unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we cancel an appointment and you have already paid for the treatment, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive an appropriate refund.
We will not charge a cancellation fee where we cancel your appointment.
8. Treatment Results
Individual responses to treatments vary. We do not guarantee any particular physical or aesthetic result from a treatment.
Information provided on our website about treatments is for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular outcome.
9. Gift Vouchers
If Casa Alma offers gift vouchers, the terms applicable to those vouchers will be provided at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Any expiry date or restrictions applicable to a gift voucher will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
10. Personal Information
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where information relating to your health or medical history is collected for the purpose of assessing treatment suitability, we will handle this information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and your rights in relation to your personal information.
